chrome addon changed my proxy and cannot access internet

Hi all,

I installed Switchy! to Chrome and try to change proxy with using different numbers. suddenly chrome gave a connection error and i uninstalled the addon. and now i cannot use any browser (iexplorer or firefox). there is no wireless connectivity problem, and i can use browsers if i change "guest" user acoount.

i checked the host file, it is the same as before. i dont know where to start, i will not touch any proxy thing

Control Panel/Internet Options/Connections/LAN settings and uncheck Proxy Server if checked.

You're welcome. Some viruses will also exhibit the same behaviour and change the proxy settings.
