Chrome and Firefox running slow

When I launch FF or Chrome, it loads, freezes for 4-5 sec and then shows the window. I reinstalled Windows and the bug appears again..

Try in clean boot mode. If it works, then slowly restore the software to determine the cause.

Welcome to Seven Forums velizarcho123. If the clean start Rich suggested does not work, try it in Safe Mode with Networking as well, see if the problem exists there.
