Solved chrome not starting in win 7 laptop

my win7 laptop is 9 years old

now when I start chrome, it don't show up at all

when I check task manager it shows in task manager for a little while (Fig 1) and then it disappears from task manager (fig 2)

the only change I made in last couple of weeks is to install advance system care free version 4 weeks ago

ok i uninstalled advance system care and voila chrome starts without any problem

Its usually happen with me if i double open it, but it would be solved if you kill it from the task.

My advice and opinion.
Never, never use any products from IObit. You will get problems you didn't even know existed.
