Chrome tabs show pages titles as black boxes

My chrome browser keep showing black boxes instead of the regular page titles

This is only happened with arabic titles (Unicode) english or russian is just fine

I find the solution finally

Simply i installed all windows 10 default fonts from w7df.com and the problem totally fixed
