Cisco 2960 log shows some port always be up/down

Our company have a core switch cisco 3750 to access 3 2960 switches. Now the 3 2960 switches’ log show some ports be up/down, anyone know why?​

Hi brother, 2960 switch access to computer, right? It must be a problem with line cable or network card, check it.
