Cisco DPX/EPX2203C VoIP Cable Modem Drivers issue

Hi,
i have a Cisco DPX/EPX2203C VoIP Cable Modem. i have been using the installation cd to install and use it with the usb cable. i have recently upgraded to windows 7 x64 and the drivers dont seem to work for my system now. Can anyone point towards the suitable drivers for 64 bit system for this Modem type.

Hi port500, welcome to the forums , the only drivers i could find are XP/Vista Cisco DPX/EPX2203C VoIP Cable Modem - Support - Cable Modems - Consumer - Cisco
