I by mistakingly executed the clean command to wrong disk partition. Now everything gets invisible. only my Windows installation partition can be seen, even antivirus is not working since it was installed in other drive which got cleaned.

In the Manage>Disk Management I can see my drives as usual filled with data. But not in My Computer.

Please help me to recover them. I don't wanna loose them.

Here are the screenshots of it.
First shot shows only 2 drives are shown in Computer.

Second one shows that in Device management all drive partition can be seen.

I also tried Recuva EasyUs Partition Recovery but no gain. Recuva didn't find them as lost. while easyus said only lost files can be recovered and regarded these drives as normal.

in command command prompt (when booted in win7 ultimate)

Code:
echo %systemroot%
When making the screenshot you were booted to win7 ultimate(?)
How did you install it because it's working and has drive letter H!! Did you install it from another working win7 OS that did already use C as drive letter?

The drive named w7 ultimate is the main windows drive. The other d drive is secondary hdd.

Every other partition except the windows and external got cleaned. But they are still shown in disk management.

The partitions are still there, unless you repartioned over the cleaned HD you claim you did. Then the data is lost. You can undelete partitions otherwise using Partition Wizard Partition Recovery wizard.

So it looks like you didn't run Clean command successfully since there is not a disk with Unallocated space. You didn't repartition afterwards, did you?

If not then the issue is lack of drive letters as Derek deftly points out.

Thank you for the concern.

You are right, during clean command, as I found that the drives are gone from Computer, I closed it quickly. Call it my luck or coincidence, the issue came out to be just missing drive letters.

After reading replies from awesome fellow members here, its solved.

Thanks a lot everyone for helping me out.
Thank you Brink, sir.
