Clean/custom install?

I've done this before, but I've forgotten how.
My HD is completely clean, nothing on it; how do I install 7 using my upgrade disc?

Easiest is the quick registry edit in the tutorial Doc linked, after leaving Product Key blank during install. Set a System Restore Point - Create.
