Where did you get Win7? Did you burn it yourself? Try burning another DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed.

Or try install install using USB flash stick: How to: install Windows (any version from XP to Win7) from a USB/flash drive | Featured | dotTech

Remove all but 2gb of Ram to try install. Test your RAM using memtest86 CD for 5-6 passes or overnight.

Wipe the HD before install using this method: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/91339-ssd-hdd-optimize-windows-reinstallation.html
Test the HD using maker's diag/repair full CD scan: http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287
From the WIn7 DVD Command Line run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html

Reset the CMOS: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/tp/clearcmos.htm Try setting SATA controller in BIOS setup to AHCI, then IDE mode.
