Clean Install Remnants Remain

I have deleted partition, used unallocated drive, formatted drive and still find my Windows Explorer pinned to my toolbar. I do have to re-install drivers. I have formatted XP Pro many times over the years and I am used to a completely formatted drive. I even ran XP to format it once.

This has happened with all builds and RC 1. Running Dell Mini 9 with SSD. So I don't know if it's 7 or my SSD but no icon I pinned should be there on first boot.

No. Windows Explorer, not IE.

It's pinned by default. Media Player, IE and Windows Explorer I believe.
