Clean install, still get BSODS

32 bit Windows 7 Ultimate
Clean full retail install of W7 (1 day ago)
Age of system: 4-5 years old
Nvidia GeFroce 9600 gt
3gigs ram
I bought the computer pre-built, and I don't know the brand of motherboard/ram or what kind of motherboard it is.

The two BSODS i've gotten today (1 day after clean install):

stop code: 0x0000008E

and

Win32k.sys - adress 9AAEC801 base at 9AA40000, Datestamp 4d23e76c
stop code: 0x0000008E

i've attached the necessary files for you guys to take a look at.

edit: also, last time i turned on my computer, before booting the OS, it gave me a message saying the cpu fan has stopped working, and then the computer shut off. is it talking about my psu fan or what?

I don't know what brand they are therefore i don't know where to find their drivers. The only drivers i know how to update are my video card drivers.
Any help with this? lol

ok, i did that and there was only one update, it was for lightscribe, is there anything else i should do?

Ok, while trying to install the lightscribe update i got this error:

also, it does not look as if the lightscribe update would fix my bsods anyways becaue all its ment to do is to support the newest lightscribe discs, and i don't use lightscribe at all lol

Ok, I just ran memtest 2 times. On the first try, it got to test #3 and then counted about 400k errors before I stopped it. Then I ran it again only this time it passed test 3 but on test 4, it did the same thing except a teal screen started flashing and my computer started to beep really fast so I exited out. I'm kinda scared now lol
