Clean install win7pro64 from win7hp64 laptop w/ key

I have a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit laptop and upgrade key for Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I want Windows 7 Professional 64-bit clean install in this laptop. How do I do it?
NOTE: I also have EXE/ISO file from previous win7pro64 upgrade in a different laptop from win7hp64 (bought the key and downloaded the file from digitalriver).

I also have got a 120 GB blank SSD. Can I do this clean install of win7pro64 in this SSD? How?

the tutorial says:
"This option has been confirmed by me to be able to install from a formated blank drive or system, and install the retail upgrade Windows 7 and activate it without doing anything else."

this means i should be able to install from my blank SSD drive, and install win7pro64 from win7pro64 upgrade disk and activate it (with my product key) without doing anything else. then why do i need recovery disk and startup repair CD? what to recover when i start from a blank disk?

correct me if i am wrong.

If you need to reinstall to Factory shipped Windows 7 to sale on, you can.
The Startup Repair CD is a very handy tool.

i think you are not getting my question, let me tell you in a different way...my concern is:
i wanna be able to install in my "blank" SSD drive, and install win7pro64 from win7pro64 "upgrade" DVD and activate it (with my product key) without doing anything else. please tell me how i do it.

This same process should be followed anytime Windows 7 is installed. Install it using the version you have a license key for, and then do not put in the key during the install. Finish the install, set it up the way you like, and then in time (within 30 days) pop in the key for the license you have. I've done this with upgrade keys and OEM keys as well.

As for installing to an SSD, it's a drive like what you've been used to. Install and such using the same processes.

He's said, to do a clean install with an upgrade key you will have to do one of the work-arounds in this tutorial linked above, the installation media isn't the point, the activation key is.

   Note

Windows 7 is version specific and not bit-rate specific, i.e. a Home Premium COA Windows activation key will activate either the 32-bit or the 64-bit Windows Home Premium Operating System.

Yes, you can clean install the Pro Upgrade to the SSD based on having Win7 HP which qualifies for upgrade - although MS prefers it to be Anytime Upgrade when changing between Win7 versions.

The retail Upgrade key would nonetheless unlock the much-easier Anytime Upgrade from Home to Pro, hence it qualifies as qualifier for Upgrade. Likewise it is allowed to clean install just the Pro using the quick registry workaround given in tutorial.

clean install is NOT possible with anytime upgrade key and upgrade media. NONE of the methods work. please read my comments here:

i didn't (my mistake, i agree), but the point is even OEM manufacturer's recovery disk (sony in this case) would not let me do clean install, recovery disk or recovery partition installs EVERYTHING including the crapware that every PC manufacturer "offers".
once i had windows update issue, i had to go for recovery (losing all installed software), and this time, i have to do the same. the only thing that could save me is an image of the system when it was working good that i could save in an external disk.
