Clean Install Windows Updates

Just finished a clean install after Power Outage got me ... probably overdue after 5 years anyway.

1. As this always gets asked, will list all hardware:

1 Case - Phanteks Enthoo Primo Ultimate Chassis
2 PSU - Seasonic X-1250
3 MoBo - Asus Maximus VI Formula
4 CPU - Intel 4770k
5 RAM - (2 x 8GB) Muskin CAS 10 DDR3-2400
6 SSD - 2 x SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256BW 2.5" 256GB
7 Hard Drive - 2 x Seagate ST2000DX001 2TB SSHD
8a Primary GFX Card - Asus GTX 780 DCII

2. UEFI install from USB with only OS / programs drive connected using Rufus and ISO from:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7.

3. Installed and updated all drivers.

4. Used DSIM++ to do all OS Updates.... Did in stages, all pre-checked 1st, then about 7 more partial runs will no more recommendations. Did not install any Orange Updates .

5. So here's where I'm at:

Not recommended by DSIM++ (not installed, currently all hidden in WU)

I never install these either (, not installed, currently all hidden in WU)

Have these 3 still in Windows Update List:
KB3150513 - Comatability thing for "future OS's" - wasn't planning on installing as Win10 will never be here
KB976932 (9.1 MB) - Described as SP1 - Can't imagine SP1 not being there or it only being 9.1 MB
KB 915597 - Windows Defender Update - This will not install

Suggestions / comments on the red stuff ?

Never ran into any of these on previous clean installs.... most of the other boxes here get fresh installs every year. As this is network data / media server, don't like to take down for any length of time.

KB976932 (9.1 MB) - Described as SP1 - Can't imagine SP1 not being there or it only being 9.1 MB.

M$ Update Catalog shows this => M$ Update Catalog KB976932.

You can check to see if SP1 is already installed. Click Start => right-click Computer => click Properties. If SP1 is installed it will appear under the Windows edition.

1. Yes, SP1 is installed..... Just seems like bad wording on the description. Question wads related more to curiosity than anything else.

2. DISM still showing nothing but the orange ... curious as to why DISM doesn't warn about KB2952664, KB3170735, KB971033 as those were listed here in the Win10 Push thread of things to avoid. However, I do notice that GWX is listed as being removed from KB2952664 as did the other 2. Installed the SP1 rekated thing and the 3 others not on DSIM's list.

3. Defender update still won't install. Results in Code code 800705b4

4. Windows Update Troubleshooter leaves

EDIT: Got rid of the Registration issue ... now just have:
