You still have to reinstall all of your apps...
TBH I wouldn't risk betting my docs, videos, pics on Windows.old either...backup your data first and then do a clean install

Use Window Easy Transfer and then use a Flash drive to bakcup again. Your programs will not be saved, but alsmost everything else is with Easy Transfer.
