I do volunteer work at a Help office and I need a program where we can type in information each time the client comes in and we can type in what and how we helped that person for that day. We would like to for other churches to be able to access this information remotely from their computers.

Well it sounds like perhaps you're in need of a database? (Correct me if I'm wrong) In which case I would point you towards Microsoft Access or Open Office's "Base" which does the same thing more or less, but is open source. Both these programs are pretty easy to pick up and a good start if you are new to databases.

All info will be online and you can setup privacy settings, so only selected people can view/edit your file.
