Clock gadget, User defined time

hi im looking for a clock gadget that lets me set the, time not system or world time.
the reason for a gadget like this is for online games with a world time or game server time (GST) if anything exists like this could someone please post a link

Using Google search with this term "game server time clock gadget" the second item I got this first one is a 12 hour clock second one is a 24-hour one.

thanks but this isn't really what i was looking for, im not after world time. i want to be able to set the time to what ever time i need rather than pre set time zones
