I'm still really confused - do you want the clock to (1) say the time in Dutch words, (2) show the time in digits using the 24-hour clock format in the Dutch timezone, (3) show the time in AM/PM format in the Dutch timezone, or (4) none of the above?

  1. Don't know - will need a 3rd party app?
  2. Change your timezone and regional settings to The Netherlands in the Control Panel
  3. Change the regional settings to The Netherlands but select AM/PM in the clock settings.
  4.

Do you want the time to say 20:18PM instead of 08:18PM? If yes then the link I posted should help.

Your clock is showing correctly. The abbreviations AM and PM are from Latin.

AM Ante Meridiem (before noon)
PM Post Meridiem (after noon)

See 12-hour clock - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia for an explanation.

If you have not gotten this yet, here it is. Go to Control Panel and click on "Region and Language". Under Short Time put HH:mm == Under Long Time put HH:mm:ss.
Make sure the H's are Capital H's. That should do it.
