Clone XPMODE VM and mount it on another pc

I've created a XPMODE virtual machine on a pc.
Because i have to configure other machines (with the same hardware) with that VM, is there a way to clone the one i've created and mount it on the others without reinstall xpmode on all of them?

I tried to copy the files under :
C:\program files\windows xp mode (.vhd file)
c:\users\username\appdata\local\microsoft\windows virtual pc\virtual machines

in the relative folders on the new pc but whe i click on the xpmode start menu item, the installation process starts.
