Close prevent / Language bar

How to disable the option in to close the language bar on the desktop taskbar?
The following both variants on the [HKLM… \Police…] are not working:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\CTF\LanBar]
"DisableCloseButton"=dword:00000001
"DisableShowStatus"=dword:00000001

(The original entry for "ShowStatus"=dword:00000004 to show (4) and close (3) the language bar is here: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CTF\LangBar)

Any idea?
