Closed explorer.exe via desktop manager

Hey guys, i accidentaly closed explorer.exe via task manager, when i realized, i restarted my pc but at the windows logo stops and didnt go futher. I tryed reinstalling, but its the same result. What should i do?

Explorer.exe is a program that gives you the desktop.
When you restart the computer, explorer will restart automatically.

If it stopped at the logo, you did something else.

How did you shut down the computer?

Something has been corrupted. To shutdown a desktop, press the start button on the computer case. Normally it is set to shutdown.

Boot the Win 7 installation disk, go to repair and try a boot repair.
