Closing Photoshop shows error in Reliability History

For the last 6 days when I close Photoshop CS4 the (Review reliability History) in Windows 7 64 bit shows the normal close of photoshop as (photoshop cs4 stop working). It dose this about 3 out of 5 shutdowns of this program. Have had Windows 7 for about three months. Can't figure out why this is happening. Photoshop runs fine and appears to close OK. Figured it out

I noticed that the day before this mess started I had installed an update to my ATI R5770 video card drivers. So I went back and installed the old drivers. Now it's working fine as far as CS4 is concerned. The only problem I have with the ATI card is the grey sceen of death thing. ATI is suppose to be working on that problem.
