Closing port 1024 problem

I have been port scanning my computer using https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2 sheilds up scan where it indicated that port 1024 service Dcom is open I also scanned using symantec Free Virus Scan - Free Antivirus Software | Norton Security Scan
which resulted in port 1024 open and service is 1024 ,

I have scanned using malwarebytes to find any trojans but to no avail , I have mcafee security . I also used windows firewall ,to create inbound and outbound rules to close port 1024 and rescanned but yet it's still open . I had my suspections when an old facebook account was reactivated after being closed for a long time ,
