cmd.exe - Drive not ready

Hello

i m havinga problem on win 7 a window is popping up with the message below is the message

cmd.exe - Drive Not Ready

The drive is not ready for use: its door may be open. Please check drive A: and make sure that a disk is inserted and that the door is closed.

and below the message three buttons are given cancel, Try again & continue

I have tried all the buttons but the pop up message come up again and again


pl some body let me know th solution

Do you have a floppy drive installed? If not, go into BIOS and disable the drive.

hello and welcome,
check your Drive A 3,5 floppy disc, is it detect on your computer system??
try to login to BIOS setting. and if you don't need to use it. disable your drive A floppy disc and then save setting and try login back.

i m too getting the same error i have disabled the floopy drive frm BOS settings but still it is giving me that error...
please help me....

hello, did you already disable from the BIOS?? and make sure that's after you're disable and save the configuration before quit the BIOS

ok..
do like this..open you cashing then if you don't use the 3,5 floppy disc, just take out the power from the power supply. then start up like usually and see what's happen.
