Hi
I recently reinstalled Windows7 64Bit. On start up when I get to the desktop a window appears with Windows/System32/cmd.exe at the top. I have found the culprit its the latest AMD drivers (12.3). I uninstalled them and reinstalled them, it still happens. Any comments would be appreciated, its not causeing any problems, its just annoying, and its never happened before.
Cheers

Hello, NoM8s,

Have you tried rolling back to the previous version? If an older driver works it's not always necessary or desirable to update to the "latest and greatest".
