so the 1st thing i noticed was when i right clicked the main tool bar and started the task manager i have a process named csrss.exe which i found out is a trojan... i ran avg and it got rid of two trojans but it still shows up on the processes.. i cant do anything to it either including go to the file location, end process, view properties... i began to think someone has hacked my cpu... my buddy told me to go to the /cmd screen and type netstat to see how many people, whatever u call it, is using my connections... i diffectly hook up to the modem...there is only one user profile on my cpu...doesnt add up... can this be fixed?

There is suppose to be a csrss.exe process (two of them) running! Killing it would BSOD Windows. To get details about the process you need to click on "Show processes from all users". csrss.exe is suppose to be in "C:\Windows\System32"

Also, netstat will always show a lot of connections. There is nothing to be concerned about.
