Solved code 19

When i go into device manager i see the DVD/CD-ROM Driver,
TSST corp CDDVDW TS-L633C ATA Device.
i check for a new software and windows tell me i'm using the lastest version
and
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19
Driving me mad coz i was using VSO convert x to dvd 4 only yesterday and today i open it and
it says no writing found just ios image, so stopping me from converting and burning my files on to disc.

i don't no what to do now. theres no update for it, i try to unstall my vso and install it and its just the same.
i need the TSST corp CDDVDW TS-L633C ATA Device working again...
my laptop is A advent 1000 64bit windows 7
if anyone can help me or put me on the right way i be very happy, thank you.

Code 19 is a filter problem. The filters must be deleted in the Registry.
