Code 43 for my GTX570

Until a few days ago i have had no problems but now i have tons of white lines that are staggered across the screen and my graphics card shows code 43, i have installed drivers, uninstalled and re installed, i have done a system restore. and anything else that i have been able to find when i googled for code 43 but still cannot fix. at this point im assuming that my graphics card is about to die, but want to make sure. i uploaded some pics from my phone so you can see what i see. any help would be epic thank you a ton.

Try cleaning the chip. If it still don't work then it's about time.
