regarding the video problem, I uninstalled and installed Adobe flash player 11 but still then iam having the problems.
I can watch videos from all the websites in google chrome. but in IE10 I can watch only from Youtube. Apart from you tube, for all others I just get the audio.
(PS:I used to have the same problems in IE9 from the time the update installation failed)
