If it happens every time that you attempt to open the application, it might be useful to do the following:
1. Download and extract Process Monitor (procmon.exe) from the Microsoft Sysinternals site,
here
2. Double-click procmon.exe to start logging (agree to a license agreement here if prompted)
3. Open Money, and generate the error dialog. LEAVE THE ERROR ON SCREEN once it occurs.
4. Go back to the Process Monitor window, and click File > Save to open the file save dialog
5. Make note of the path to the .pml file in the "Path" box (this is the file you will need to provide), and click "OK" to save
6. Zip the .pml file (using 7zip, winrar, etc) and upload to a file hosting site (
MediaFire,
MegaUpload or
RapidShare, for example).
