Color and pixel anomalies

I have an NVIDIA graphics card,and 5 minutes before while playing gta 4,first something like negative of the picture came and than again the same,and after that comes the strong pixel distortion,pixels are diferent colored than they should be..anyone knows something?

Sounds like it could be a heat related artifacting problem.Make sure your cards fan and heatsink are clean of all dust and bebrie. Also try using Evga's precision tool to increase the fan speed when playing the game see if that makes a difference. EVGA | EVGA Precision | EVGA Precision Fabe

well I have put the fan to 100% but the problem is that these weird pixels are even showing on the desktop while graphics card is not under any kind of stressing or heating

my computer just recently did this after a system restore!
the top x minimise and restore buttons and the whole top of a window looks pixelated

i fixed mine problem,but my whole screen was looking pixelated,it happened after playing gta IV..i completely uninstalled my display drivers and installed them and it worked

well the top window is still pixelating but i think it has recently stopped

now the top bar is ok but the 'x' '-' and restore buttons are still stuffed!!!!!

wait the buttons have gone better but sometimes the ms office interface still stuffs up
