color change?

my toolbar and windows were a cool see tru color when i got it but i ran a program and it changed to another color .

How do I change it back?

the program has already been exited.

A quick way would be to do a system restore.

it is happen when you run some program,
and it will be changed to your default after you exit the program.
If it isn't just try to restart your computer.
