Hello

I've just installed my Win 7 yesterday for the first time and immediatly grabbed 'Dark Agility' Theme. Althought the theme looks very fine to me, i've found several problems such as black typing fields and black fonts on a dark grey background. Needless to say that it is really annoying and impossible to work with. How to change those fields and fonts into white/bright grey? Pics related (these are just examples)

Welcome to the Seven Forums
You are using a custom theme you will need to ask the theme maker.
Or buy and use Ave's Windows7 Style Builder and edit the .msstyles yourself.

I've just got my Microsoft Office installed and even the pages in Word are dark grey. What to do? Is purchasing and installing above program the only way? Even if I would get it, will it be easy for me as for "basic knowledge geek" to change those things?

Try a different theme and see if it goes away.
It's not the only way but it's the easiest IMO, you can use Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation. and try finding the images and editing them, for the text colors I do not know if restorator can change them but WSB you can.
