comcast throttling my internet? shaperprobe results.

i ran a simple sharperprobe test and im not sure exactly what it says.. anyone tell me some info on this result?

my upload has been so slow lately its usally 5mbps! and i think ive been doing alot of uploading torrents at the max and this is why..

so i figured it out, comcast is throttling my upload at 2053Kpbs which is a little less then my max upload of 5000kbps how lame.
