Solved Command Prompt Magic

Hi All

I absolutely love command prompt. If possible, i would run everything from there. I like it more than the gui's, makes me feel clever or something. Anyways, can anyone tell me the following:

1. How do I restart windows in safe mode using cmd? And thus eliminating the annoying f8 f8 f8 f8..
2. How do I start msconfig and computer management from cmd?

Does anyone know of a good command prompt 'bible' if I may put it like that? On the web there are bits and pieces of command line utilities but not a full arsenal of commands such as: diskpart commands, system restore from cmd, copying and creating boot partitions etc from cmd, all those helpful tools people use everyday.

Computer Management = compmgmt.msc

FWIW: the included Powershell is a dos like powerful command line tool.
Really great to accomplish neat things. As usual, read the doc and use the examples.
