Hi all :)!

I've recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Beta Build 7000 and I have Comodo Firewall 3.8.65951.477 64-Bit installed as my firewall. I get this problem that I can't solve at all .

When I click on " Run Diagnostics" I have this :

Indeed, I click "Yes" and this is what comes next :

PS : The Windows 7 Firewall is desactivated!

Anybody haves an idea on this problem, please ? Thanks! :)

Panic from Comodo said:
Problems with Win7 will not be addressed as this (Win7) is a BETA O/S.

The devs note the issues and are undoubetedly working on a Win7 version, but I doubt you'll see any news on it until closer to release.

I had the same problem too, I guess it's because it wasn't designed for windows 7 yet, however you can solve it by right clicking the installer -> properties -> compatibility and setting it to Windows Vista, it worked for me, and others too.

If that doesn't work, you might need to download the latest version of Comodo. I didn't have any problems with uninstalling, however some people have had some messy problems, be aware.

fort he trillionth time.....

Just go to CIS' properties before installing it. Run under Vista SP1 compatibility and as administrator. Close it and install. you should have no more issue with the network firewall in CIS.

Sigh... do I really have to post this in Comodo forum and the forum here?

Learn to read before posting, this has already been cleared up by many people. So no, you don't really need to post it anywhere.
