I will suggest other card i.e. 6800 GT.

You can check out the specs here.

When you select a gpu,

I would say memory type (ddr3/ ddr5) and bus. Higher memory with higher bus+good, imho. :)

For eg: 512 mb ddr3 on a 256-bit bus isn't necessarily better than 512 mb ddr5 on a 128-bit bus. But a 512 mb DDR5 on a 256-bit bus IS better.

In general, the high-end cards of any given generation roflstomp all entry-level cards of the 3-4 newer generations that came after them, if not more. This is simply how powerful the graphics processor is, before GRAM and other stuff is looked at.

the place I use to get an eyeballed estimate of power levels is here Graphics Card Performance Hierarchy Chart - Best Graphics Cards For The Money: November 2013
(Discrete is for the desktop cards, mobile is for the laptop cards, integrated is for cards that are integrated in something else, be it motherboard or processor)

If you see, the 8300 and the 7300 are quite a few steps crappier than the 6600, and way crappier than a 6800.

And 8300/7300 are indeed entry-level cards if you look up on wikipedia.
