What`s wrong with 2 Xeons ?

Personally, I wouldn`t waste another dime upgrading it, build yourself a new pc.

Dell, Hp, Lenovo stuff is notoriously difficult if not outright impossible to upgrade.

Xeons cost a friggin lot, and may be not available at all.

In your case, the only thing I can use to get an idea at what stuff could theoretically work is the chipset.

Intel E7525 only supports xeons based on pentium 4 design. Which is something like 7+ years old. And total crap unable to run anything above Office, as it's single-core and not that powerful to begin with.

The only use for your money is buying a new (or used) rig. Anything with less than 5 years will blow it away in any task. (netbooks excluded)

In your case, you need a motherboard, a processor, and a decent PSU. And if your current case isn't using the standard mobo ATX sizes and screw holes, a new case as well. There is no way in heck that anything made for an office could run a 660ti.

Was discarded by previous owner due to "horrible performance".
Was running Win Xp from a IDE drive. Yeah. Was a pain.
SATA II drive and Win7 and it zips away! Yay!
