complete change?

Is there a way to completely change the whole layout of my Windows 7?
here is what I love.
1) move the start orb to the center of the taskbar
2) have quick launch icons beside the start orb
3) Put the pinned icons anywhere I want

As far as having the start orb in the middle i think your only option is to replace your task bar with the likes of Object Dock.

You can see in my attached pic i have quick launch by my start orb at the top & open windows at the other end & set to show only 2 open windows before stacking but you can drag the slider back toward the quick launch buttons as far as you like

thanks, I love the third one, but now the Objct dock. I have use that before I don't like it.
