Complete Taskbar Replacement?

I thought of a very neat mod that would take forever to make. Since Windows 7 has the closest thing to a dock compared to Mac OS X, could there possibly be a piece of software that turns the taskbar into a dock that looks and controls exactly like Mac OS's?

not really. this is Windows. if you want OSX functionality, get OSX.

this is about as close as it gets as far as looks, but i have never used it so i don't know about functionality:

ObjectDock from Stardock is another option. it doesn't support icon reflections, but it is more or less able to reproduce the functions of the windows taskbar. don't expect OSX style functioning though.

RocketDock is the other big contender in this field.

Install One Of The Following:

Rocket Dock
Object Dock
Y's Dock

Disable the taskbar and place what you want on the dock.
