Computer Backup

Ok I got a question about computer back up theirs a backup thats in the system tray it says it can back up files onto the computer, if the computer crashes I don't understand how that works. Also got a Acer computer Acer backup pops up I click on it it says you need like 3 disc to back up. So what I'm asking is are they the same backup and the first backup were do the files go you backup on the computer or what?

The Acer backup is not the same thing. Whether is backs up the same files or not, I can't say.

I recommend sticking with the Windows backup.
