Solved Computer beeps - What does it mean?

So I'm trying to fix this kind of old desktop. I plugged it in the wall. Plugged up the monitor and turn it on. Nothing comes up on the screen, but the computer beeps once shortly (1 second beep) and then there is a beep that last about 2 - 3 seconds.

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section. I didn't know where else to post it.

Caro ZTRUKER o problema são os não BEEPS som funciona normal até liga mas do nada desliga na cara mesmo trabalhando,
mas ao reiniciar não BEEPS nenhum hora alguma de jeito nenhum já retirei memórias para BIPAR mas não não emite BEEPS.
