What are the UEFI related settings in BIOS setup then? Not all mobos use CSM or Legacy.

There isnt anything that have to do with uefi. I will try to upload pictures of my bios.

There is an efi folder and a bootmgr.efi in the window 7 install disk, do you think removing those will help?

Why would you remove them? You have an EFI install. This is perfectly correct. It uses the full features of an EFI motherboard and BIOS. If you want to keep the correct install you have then you need to leave the EFI Boot manager and boot files alone.

How can I make this any clearer?

If you want to know more about EFI then watch this video that explains it in depth:
Technical Note: UEFI BIOS vs. Legacy BIOS, Advantech(EN) - YouTube

If you want to reinstall to Legacy then take some pics of the UEFI SHell settings in BIOS showing all settings choices expanded so we can see what is offered and help you choose. Make sure you have looked at every setting in Advanced and Boot tabs for any other UEFI, Legacy, CSM, Legacy Boot settings.

After reading the whole thread it sounds like you need to start over and do it this way, I used to have a sabertooth 990fx r2.
-First unplug the hdds that will not be the OS drive
-Set In BIOS the sata area to be AHCI
-Make Sure your Windows install media (being disc or usb) is UEFI version
-put it in and hit F8 when pc boots up till you see the boot menu
-pick what ever your install media is with the UEFI in front of it
-install custom then when it shows disks hit advanced and delete all partitions then make one new one it will create I think three partitions that windows uses then install like normal from there.
-once windows is installed put back other hdds while pc is off and then in BIOS under i think its last tab under hdd priority set your boot drive to first, then under boot device pick your OS drive or Windows boot manager. save settings and you should be good.

So I should just leave the "windows boot manager" as the last boot priority or replace it with "None"

You must have Windows Boot Manager as the first device to boot an EFI install like the one you have. I have now written this four times.

It should be the first one as it is on the OS boot drive and what windows uses to load.

Yes, I've now said that five times.

You need to interact with us in real time, because you are all over the place and almost reckless.

If you've reinstalled since you posted the screenshot then we need to see another Disk Mgmt screenshot. It's possible you achieved a Legacy Install if it is booting with the HD as first boot priority.

Well I messed around with more stuff now im doing another system install so im unable to screenshot diskmgmt
