Computer Crashes 1 hour after started

Hi,

I am visiting my parents and their computer crashes EVERY time it is started.

Not sure how to fix this, things seem fine under Devices Manager, so I am creating this thread.

Crashes indicate avast! being a possible cause. Remove avast! and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if it provides more stability. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase

Is the firmware for your SSD up-to-date?

I removed Avast, step 1 and 2 returned no errors.
I also updated the firmware on my SSD.

It is still crashing even though Avast was successfully removed.
I am sending the new files for your analysis.
