Hey y'all.
For the past week, my recently new started having this problem
.
Whenever I try shutting down the computer, click start and shut down or shut down on the log on screen, the computer turns off for 3 seconds, then restarts.
I've google searched the problem and found solutions such as changing registry key, creating a shortcut on the desktop and clean booting but none have worked for me.
What else can I do?
