Computer freezer for 1 second every 1-2 min when playing

My computer freezer for 1-2 second like every 1 minute. sometimes it freezer for 1 sec every 5 min or even longer but anyways when i play league of legends my whole game freezer for 1 sec including audio (skype) but when i play other games my audio keeps freezing every few minutes but game keeps going.

If this is still the HP preinstalled Win7 then that's the worst possible install of Win7 you can have, larded with bloatware and duplicate factory utilities that interfere with better versions built into Win7. That's why most tech enthusiasts will not run such an install but instead http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164.
