Computer freezes after startup

My computer freezes after startup. Windows Explorer stops working and the screen freezes. The Dell Dock has disappeared also. Everything works fine in Safe Mode, though.

If it works with clean boot we can fix it. If it does not it is probalby a driver, since it works in safe mode.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

I did a scan of the hard disk and cleaned the registry. The computer seems to be working fine now in regular mode. However, there is some sound interference when viewing videos on youtube, probably because the speakers/headphones didn't start for a while.
