Computer Freezes And A black acreen after restart..

Hi guys.... My computer recently freezes.. then i Restarted it and The monitor just stayed black and the light gone from blue to orange..


Ive Tried... reseating RAM, Video cArd and hard disk...
even tried cleaning it but... i recently cleaned it

tried turning of for 30 minutes and turning back on still wont work

During boot do you hear any beeps? One short one is normal, anything else indicates a hardware problem somewhere. If you have on board graphics the chip may be bad. Do the fans/lights work while the monitor is blank?
