Computer Freezes during start up

Hello everyone,
I am new to the site so if i am posting this to the wrong thread plz let me know.
The problem I am having is my computer will not totally boot all the way.
It will get all the way to the desk top but will not load some of the icons and will not let u use the mouse to click on anything.
It will let me start it in safe mode and safe mode w/ network
Iam running Windows 7 64 bit.
Any help would be great thank you.

Hi John,

Please boot into Safe Mode with Networking and then try the following:

1. Click Start

2. In the search box, type cmd
3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
4. In the command window that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Ran the cmd, it comes back as sayingthe following-
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt foles but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
C:Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
C:\Windows\system32>

OK. Good.

Sometimes running sfc /scannow multiple times can indeed correct the corrupt files. Please repeat sfc /scannow an additional 3 times, but this time, reboot the PC between each attempt.

Ran it 3 more times with a reboot in between each and still getting the same result. Any other thoughts?

OK Heres my BSOD file maybe that will help. I did the restore still no luck.
