Solved Computer freezes randomly

My laptop has been freezing randomly lately, nothing can be done about it, the mouse doesnt move, CTRL ALT DELETE doesnt work, can only restore computer by turning it off.
Any ideas if this can be solved?

i have malwarebytes and trend micro and have scanned and fixed things that have come up, still occurs, it seems to be happening when a certain program is running but that could be a coincidence
