Computer freezes suddenly making a beep sound, very frequent.

Computer freezes suddenly making a beep sound (loop),none of the keyboards or mouse commands work.Sometimes it doesn't even freeze and suddenly shut off.Its two years i have been using my computer, until now no such problem had occured. In between there was BSOD but it went automatically. After shutdown when i start the computer,it doesnt start in a single attempt,the cpu light goes on and off ,then i have to again switch it on and maybe it will start !! please help!! its very irritating!!

This is probably not BSOD, beacuse the screen doesn't show any blue screen before shutdown,it just freezes and makes a buzzing sound.I think it,the problem might be with my psu,
My computer specs:-
win7,i5 3.33ghz processor,2gb corsair ram,radeon 4600 series 1 gb graphic card,200-240voltspsu.
my doubt is 200-240 volts enough for my system
